Sign in by tv provider doesn’t work. My login works with other apps; even for other sister apps to TNT. Per other reviews, tv provider sign in hasn’t worked in ages. 1/5 stars because basic function don’t work.

This app hasn’t worked for over a year, I can log into any other app with my provider no problem. Pretty pathetic

The app won’t let me sign in with my TV provider. I hate this app. I wish NBA would stop broadcasting with TNT because every other channel they use works. Worst ever.

This app is BAD. I was trying to watch some march madness but it had to ask for a sign in and it was by tv provider and my provider Fubo tv a pretty popular one wasn’t even on there and now I just have to watch the play by play on espn and I couldn’t watch my team play Alabama vs saint marys

I’ve spoken to IT multiple times and I still am not able to login on the TNT app using my Verizon login. It will allow me to go into TBS with no problem but every time I login it says error on TNT.

Wish I could give 0 stars but have to give a 1 to do this review. I’ve tried over 10 times to sign into my cable account and just refreshes. I have deleted the app and redownloaded it and still freezes

What’s the point of this app? If I want to watch TV I have to stream through my phone? What year is it? And when I try to login into my TV provider it doesn’t even give me the option to pick the correct provider. Fire your software developers. Garbage. Wake up.

Signing in through my tv provider doesn't actually work, casting to my tv no longer works. Basically the app is completely useless

Haven’t been able to connect to provide for at minimum 6 months so glad nba is going to nbc but nhl will suffer if they don’t fix it

You can’t sign-in, watch content or even cast onto the tv. Really hope they move live sports away from TNT!

Terrible app. Tried signing in to my cox account and it doesn’t work

It made me sign out and won’t let me sign back in even after i redownloaded the app.

I used to be able to watch on my iPhone but ever since the fall it lets you view for 6 or 7 minutes and then when you try and sign in thru your cable provider (Cox) it just keeps repeating a message asking you to sign in . This is beyond poor design

It’s broken, when you select spectrum as your cable provider it just gives you a white screen that won’t go away

I have issues with the sign in with TV Provider. It won’t allow me to sign in. I tried every suggested trouble shooting but won’t work. I’m considering cancel the subscription.

This app deserves not 1 single star. This company is a billion dollar corporation and has this trash as an app should be ashamed. Can’t even watch the games.

tried to sign in with my TV provider; after you select it, the screen just goes full white and no login or anything loads. Been like this for over a year even when after updating the app multiple times. Never again. Better off finding a stream elsewhere.

If I can’t cast on to the TV which I almost never can. It would at least be nice to actually watch it on the phone which also struggles to work consistently.

No option to turn off CC on Apple TV

Sometimes it works ok, most of the time it errors while casting or you login successfully, but when you get back to the watch screen it still asked you to sign in, and you end up in a loop of not being able to watch despite multiple successful login attempts. Shocking to have an app this buggy in the 2020s

Why is it so hard to turn off close captioning on Apple TV?!?? And why is it on by default in the first place? Absolutely terrible. App keeps freezing so you have to close out and go back in. Problem is, every time that happens, you have to watch another 30 seconds of commercials. Incredibly annoying when you are trying to watch a live sporting event.

Omg! How clunky can you get? You have to go to a regular program to turn off the CC so it doesn’t show up on Live TV and that doesn’t always work! C’mon kids, do better!

Every time I try to watch a game it says “Sorry, not available.” This issue needs to be fixed.

Absolutely worst tv app I have ever used. I was hoping they would fix it after not using it at all in a year, but no still the same. I still cannot sign in to my tv provider. Im glad they are losing nba coverage, so I can use an app that works.

This is the worst app in the entire store. I haven’t been able to sign in for over a year. Pathetic, absolutely atrocious, can’t watch sports on here because of this incompetence. TNT = Terrible Network for Television.

I like many others on here rarely if ever write reviews. This has to be the worst app I’ve ever downloaded. Even after months of people slamming this app in the reviews nothing has changed. Still won’t allow sign in after 10 minute free watch period. Joke of an app.

Cant log into cable provider to watch anything!!! Very frustrating

I remember when I first had to use this app in 2018 and I thought, “wow, this app is absolutely horrible and way behind everyone else, but hopefully they improve and relaunch a new app soon.” Of course, it’s the same horrible app. Honestly I’m glad TNT is losing NBA coverage because this app is unusable whenever I try to cast to my tv, and Turner is apparently too cheap to launch a regular standalone app for tv like every other network has. RIP Bozos this app stinks.

It won’t even let me sign in. All I wanted is to watch a basketball game but it keeps glitching and it won’t let me sign in. Please fix your app!!

Circle around and around. Get app verification of provider permission granted from all various UI options. After completion of sign in to Xfinity, app always retains must sign in for access state.

More often than not this app does not recognize my login with Fios. Therefore, I can’t actually watch what I should be able to watch.

This is the most worthless app on the App Store. It asks to login to your tv provider shows sucess and then doesn’t work. It’s so pitiful a billion dollar company might as well not even exist

I have to sign in every time I open the app. Now it doesn’t allow me to sign in. I watch the free 10 min and then it doesn’t allow a sign in! Trash!

Terrible TV App

The app plays (sometimes) on my phone. Freezes, non-responsive and doesn’t let me cast to my TV. My phone is connected to my wifi, and my TV is too, but it says “no devices found

The worst streaming app I have ever used, not usable, completely broken, an absolute disgrace.

PLEASE update the app for gaming systems. I’m sitting here missing an NBA game because the app sits on a gray screen with a yellow loading circle all day. I know it’s not my wifi because literally everything else in my home works BUT this app. This is not acceptable at all. Please do better for the people who want to have a little relaxation time to end the night and not be frustrated.

Took me 10 mins just to start watching the game and get the app working. Also no full screen mode

Tried to watch an NHL game being broadcast on TNT. First, the casting function didn’t work with my new Samsung TV. Next, I tried to log in with my TV provider, Spectrum, and all I got was a blank white screen on my phone. Worthless!
